新疆石炭纪的几个地质构造问题的探讨

和布克河组各门类化石的组合面貌具很浓厚的晚泥盆世晚期色彩,时代为法门期.东古鲁巴斯套组近底部产石炭系底部标准带化石Gattendorfia等,故以该组的底界作为石炭系底界是合适的.巴音沟蛇绿岩套的时代为早石炭世.“伊犁变动”属上升性质,应称为伊犁上升,时代为维宪期.

ON STRUCTURAL GEOLOGY OF CARBONIFEROUS IN XINJIANG

1. Hobokhe formation is characterized by abundant Cyrptospirifer, Athyris, Uchtospirifer, Mucraspirifer, Rugaltarostrum, Praewagenoconcha, Mesoplica and Tenti-cospirifer; small amount of corals: mainly Kassinella, Amplexus, Caninia; a few tri-lolites: Phacops; amonoids: Cymaclymenia, Imitoceras, Clymenia. The overall fossil assemblage features strongly show that it is of late Devonian.The conodont assemblage is of Famennian, late Devonian. 2. Donggulubastaw formation conformably overlies the Leptophloeum rhombicum bearing Kiankuduk formation, Upper Devonian. The Heishantou formation confor-mably overlies the Hobokhe formation. The guide fossil Gattendorfia and associated brachiopods of lower Carboniferous occur at 13m above the bottom of Dongguliba- .staw formation. The fossils of Heishantou formation are similar to but not as abundant as that of Donggulubastaw formation. Hence, it is appropriate to consider the bottom of Dongglubastaw or Heishantou formation as the lower boundary of Carboniferous. 3. Bayangu ophiolite occurs in Shadawang formation.It underlies the Goniatites, Craveneroceras and Branneroceras bearing Bayangu formation. In the basal conglomerate the ophiolite debris were found. Hence, the Bayangu ophiolite is of early Carboniferous. 4. The character of "Ili movement". According to the parallel unconformity between Aksak and Dahallajunshan formations it is thought, that Hi movement is of uplifting but not of folding in nature, therefore should be called "Ili uplifting movement". In eastern Junggar the folding episode representeted by angular unconformity between Jambastaw formation of upper Viseen stage and Harmos formation of lower-middle Viseen stage is named Kaoksilge movement. Ili uplifting and Kao-ksilge movement happened approximately in the same time i.e.Viseen stage.
