ASOCAM Observations of CYG X-3: Search for a Hot Stellar Wind

Six CAM observations have been made in the 4 - 14 µm wavelength region to search for further evidence of emission from a hot stellar wind. Initial results suggest that the spectrum detected by Fender et al. using UKIRT extends into the wavelength region covered by ISOCAM. There is also evidence that the source is variable on timescales of ≈ 70 seconds.
