| Abstract: | The main technical specifications, functional characteristics, and system composing of the seashore based and platform based marine automatic monitoring system developed by Institute of Ocean Technology are introduced in this paper. The developing key points and technical innovations of building the system are discussed in detail. Authors also evaluate the achievement and the experiments of the system and introduce the development trend of the technical area at home and abroad. |
