| 摘 要： | 有效的气象小区管理模式是气象小区和谐发展的保障。文章从现代管理学的角度,分析了三种气象小区管理模式的利弊之处,并针对当前气象小区管理模式存在的问题,提出了建立有效气象小区管理模式的具体措施。

This article from the perspective of modern management, analysis of three meteorological community management model the pros and cons of the Department, and the meteorological community management model for the current problems, proposed the es-tablishment of an effective meteorological community management of specific measures. |
