摘    要:以珠三角平原区为例,结合遥感影像数据,利用GIS技术,进行了土地利用总体规划实施效果研究.结果表明珠三角平原区土地利用总体规划符合性指数为0.70,等级为Ⅴ级,说明珠三角土地利用现状与规划用途差异较大.按规划符合性指数由高到低排序依次为肇庆、江门、广州、惠州、佛山、深圳、珠海、中山、东莞,分级标准等级为Ⅲ级的仅有肇庆市...

Abstract:Taking the Pearl River Delta Plains for example,we used GIS technology to study the land use general planning implementation ef-fect based on remote sensing image data.The results show that the land use general planning compliance index in the Pearl River Delta Plains is 0.70 and the grade is V,indicating that the Pearl River Delta land use status is quite different from the planning use.Zhaoqing,Jiangmen,Guang-zhou,Huizhou,Foshan,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Zhongshan and Dongguan are ranked from high to low according to the planning compliance index.Only Zhaoqing City has the graded standard level of class III,and the other 8 cities are V grade.There are great differences in the spatial distribu-tion of current land use conforming to the planning in various cities at all levels of the Pearl River Delta Plains.The planning compliance index of Zhaoqing is higher,and the planning compliance indexes of other areas are lower such as the lower reaches of the Pearl River basin along the coastline distribution area.In the future,territory space planning should be adjusted flexibly according to location differences to ensure the scient-ificity and objectivity of land use control.
