Xu Jinzhi Investigated Diexi Earthquake Countermeasures and His Post-Earthquake Countermeasures

This paper introduced the seismic disaster and the flood led by the earthquake that Mr.Xu Jinzhi had in-vestigated in the Diexi earthquake site in 1 933,and the countermeasures of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction proposed by Mr.Xu.
