摘    要:将传统的岩石物理力学性质测试方法与模糊理论中的模糊综合评判法相结合,总结出一种相对简单但有效的岩石可钻性分级模型.结合实际钻进的岩石,确定分级模型的影响因素分别是为压入硬度、摆球塑性系数、金刚石钻进时效;以正态分布函数作为隶属函数来计算模型的评价矩阵,通过模型确定岩石的可钻性等级.运用Matlab软件将计算过程实现程序化,模型计算结果表明该方法能够对岩石可钻性作出较客观精确的分析.

Abstract:Drillability is a comprehensive reflection of physical and mechanical rock properties and the drilling parameters.To accurately grade rock drillability is beneficial for the selection of construction methods and the determination of construction cost.But,as rock is a complex collection of rock-forming minerals,which drillability depends on many factors,so how to deal with test data of factors effectively is the premise of an accurate grading.Combined the traditional testing methods of rock properties with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper summed up with a drillability grading model,which is relatively simple but effective.With the rock core,the model has been used for estimation of drillability.For this purpose,three parameters,including compaction hardness,ball pendulum plasticity index,and penetration rate of diamond drilling,have been investigated.Evaluation matrix of the model has been calculated by normal distribution function as membership function.The calculation results show that the method is capable of making objective and precise analysis of rock drillability through the mathematical programming software Matlab.
