| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of specialized meteorological services in flood season, based on the earlier works, the MOS short time (0-12 hours) prediction method of trough type heavy-hard rain in July is discovered. According to strict hypothesis statistics examination and actual predictions, the effect is better. |
