| Abstract: | The formation and development of exploration and construction industry in Henan geology and mineral resources channels, the main progresses of technical domain of rock-soil drilling engineering have been reviewed and summarized in this paper. The author has indicated the existing outstanding contradictions and problems, and analyzed the exploration and construction industry facing with the situation, opportunity and challenge during the end of Fifth Five-Year Plan to the initial 21st century, and put forward the countermeasure and proposal of developing the exploration and construction industry. |
