| 摘 要： | 技术转移是西部开发过程中的重要环节之一，本文通过对我国西部地区技术状况的总体态势和分析情况的具体分析，运用柯布－道格拉斯公式，计算了西部各城市的广义技术水平，在此基础上进行等级和聚类分析，总结出我国西部技术状况的空间特征，进而对技术转移的理论加以讨论的基础上，对西部地区技术转移的方向和策略进行了探讨，认为：成渝和西安地区可作为西部地区技术转移的中心地区；加快西部地区交通运输主信息通讯网络建设，西部各省市联合建立区域技术开发区，调整人事政策、创新用人机制等措施将有助于克服西部技术转移过程中所遇到的障碍。本文最后一部分在分析上海参与西部技术转移的背景和作用之后，进一步探讨了上海向西部地区进行技术转移的方向和策略，提出了：①西北地区以“聚点转移”为主、西南地区以“分散转移”为主的转移模式；②在市场经济条件下，对西部不同地区采取灵活多样的转移方式，对西部高技术水平区着重转移和合作开发高新技术；③应充分挥企业在技术转移中的主体地位。
