| 摘 要： | 从2000年与1999年新疆出现的混合型洪水的气象成因入手，将山区积雪、高温、大降水作了对比分析，并分析了造成气象成因差异的环流背景。在进一步与多年状况进行对比分析的基础上，总结了新疆夏季出现混合型洪水的气象指标。

| Abstract: | From the meterological factors contributed to the two catastrophic mixed floods happened in Xinjiang in 2000 and 1999, the comparison and analysis of the mountain snow cover,the weather process of high-temperture,and heavy rain were given, and also researched the circulation background of difference factors. Based on the comparison with other years, the article sum up some meterological index caused mixed flood in summer. |
