| Abstract: | Binary satellites navigation system is the practical system which is fused and unified by the spetial technology,the Modern Communication Technolegy,the computer technology,the networking,the surveying and mapping technology and the meteorology,the hydraulic engineering,the seismearaphy,the urban planning and the muricipal transportation,and many other kinds of disciplines.It introduces the construction of binary satellites navigation system in Harbin and the properties and characteristcs of the system. |
