| 摘 要： | 笔者对５５例经临床资料，实验室检查，超声ＣＴ平扫与动态增强及肝血管造影检查诊断为肝癌的病人进行回顾性分析，详细比较了ＣＴ平扫与动态增强的影像表现，探讨了动态ＣＴ扫描的特异性征象及其产生的病理基础，并为临床选择治疗手段和判定预后提供有价值的依据。

| Abstract: | Fifty-five patients of massive hepato-cellular carcinoma were diagnosed by clinical materials, laboratory tests,Ultrasound(US), angiography, conventional and dynamic CT.All of them were analysed retrospectively and compared in detail with conventional and dynamic CT.We have discussed dynamic CT features,pathologic basis and provided the major basis for making the clinical therapeatic plan and evaluating the prognosis. |
