| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的发展和“互联网＋”业态的兴起，电子政务成为推进审批服务便民化的重要内容。地图审核作为一项行政许可，主要分为申请和受理、技术审查、审批和送达及样本备案4个业务环节。根据上述业务步骤，本文对地图审核在线审批系统的设计进行了分析，完成了系统的构建与应用，为同类型其他系统的构建提供了参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of computer science and the rise of "internet+" industry, E-government has become an important part of facilitating the democratization of approval services. Map audit, as a administrative licensing, is separated by 4 manual business steps:application and acceptance, technological review, approval and service and case record. The work provides a basis for the construction, evaluation and improvement of the system. It could also be used as a reference for the construction of other similar systems. |
