文章对脆弱性概念、研究内容、脆弱性的形成和影响因素以及减轻脆弱性、减少灾害影响和损失的途径进行了综述,并讨论了从灾害孕育发生的各个环节降低脆弱性,以最大限度减轻灾害及影响意义.

Vulnerability Study -- The New Development of Synthetized Study on Natural Disasters

By reviewing the development of catastrophic study both domestic and abroad, the author singled the vulnerability as the focus of this paper. In the paper, the author summarized the concept, contents and the forms of the vulnerability, points out the factors that affect disaster undertaker's vulnerability and the ways to reduce the vulnerability and the disaster losses. Then the author suggests that although there are many countermeasures to reduce the disaster losses and other consequences, the most efficient way is to reduce the vulnerability in every course of the disaster evolution.
