To Standardize the Stock Companies and City Management in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

The stock companies talked about in this paper means those set up during the urbanization reform campaign in 1992.Because the reform was not complete, those stock companies become the complexes of administration, economics, and social management. In a degree, the reform can't be considered successful. Through the thorough investigation, this paper deeply discusses the nature and the role of the companies in the urban management; And then, points out its negative influences on the city management. At last, the authors expounds the ways to reform.
