| 摘 要： | 对建立满足城市建设发展需求的秦皇岛独立坐标系进行了研究，通过对测量规范和秦皇岛现状的分析，提出了建立秦皇岛坐标系的解决方案，解决了原有城市平面坐标系统不能满足城市规划区扩大要求问题。

| Abstract: | This paper had a research on setting up the Qinhuangdao plane coordinate system for satisfying the requirement of the city construction and urban development,according to the analysis of the Qinhuangdao con-ditions and the surveying norms,put forward a solution to the problem that the old urban plane control network could not satisfy the requirement of expansion of Qinhuangdao urban planning district. |
