| 摘 要： | 河南黄河流域湿地面积占河南省湿地总面积的近1/3,保护与恢复湿地是推动生态文明建设的重要举措。分析了河南黄河湿地现状、特点和存在的主要问题,提出了湿地保护和恢复建议,包括提高公众认识、加快湿地保护制度和自然保护区体系建设、加强科学管理等。

| Abstract: | The area of wetlands along Yellow River basin accounts for about 1/3 of the total area of wetlands in Henan province. Wetland conservation and restoration are key measures for promoting ecological civilization. Current situation, characteristics and main existing problems were analyzed, and suggestions for wetland conservation and restoration were proposed, including improvement of public awareness, speeding up development of institutions of wetland conservation and nature reserve development, and strengthening scientiifc management of wetlands. |
