| Abstract: | From the current situation of agriculture labor force in Zhanjiang ,this paper estimates the number of agriculture surplus labor force, and analyzes obstacles in the transferring of the agriculture surplus labor force, thus puts forward the propsals on the sound trend and policy to transfer the surplus agriculture labor force in Zhanjiang. |
