摘    要:介绍了北京平原区地面沉降的基本情况,通过对金盏金融服务园区北京地方高程系统监测情况与园区独立高程网监测情况的对比分析,得出在园区内采用布设独立高程控制网的方式,可以最大限度地消除地面沉降对园区长周期工程建设不利影响的结论。

Abstract:This article introduces the basic situation of the ground sedimention of Beijing plain area .Through the comparative analysis of Beijing vertical control network monitoring and the independent elevation network monitoring of Jinzhan financial services park , we can get a conclusion that by adopting the independent vertical control network , we can maximally eliminate the adverse effects on the park during the long-period construction caused by ground subsidence .
