This article introduces the basic situation of the ground sedimention of Beijing plain area .Through the comparative analysis of Beijing vertical control network monitoring and the independent elevation network monitoring of Jinzhan financial services park , we can get a conclusion that by adopting the independent vertical control network , we can maximally eliminate the adverse effects on the park during the long-period construction caused by ground subsidence .
