| Abstract: | Through testing the freezing time of horizontal Plate freezer,the Plank formula and the Pham formula are used to calculate and to compare the freezing time respectively.It concluded that it is quite veasonable to calculate freezing tine by using the Pham formula,meanwhile the selection about calculation parameters is also put forward in this paper. |
