摘    要:非开挖钻机给进机的性能好坏直接影响钻机钻进效率,钻机质量及钻机各项技术性能的发挥,要求给进机构能实现无级调速;具有足够给进力和回拉力以及大的给进行程等性能,依据上述要求,设计了DX300型非开挖导向钻机给进机构,选用的驱动进方案具有结构简单,体积小,操作灵活方便等优点,动力头采用中空式液马达直接驱动方案,具有重量轻,成本低,轴间尺寸小等优点。

Abstract:The functions of trenchless rig's driving mechanism affect its drilling efficiency, bore hole quality and other technologyical performances directly. It is required that the driving mechanism should possess the function of continuous speed giving, enough driving and pulling force and long driving stroke, etc. According to this, the driving mechanism was designed. The selected driving scheme has the advantages of simple structure, small bulk and flexible and convenient manipulatability, and so on. And the selected dynamic part takes the direct driving plan with hollow hydraulic motor and has the advantages of light, cheap and small volume in the direction of shaft.
