| Abstract: | There are a number of contradictions and difficulties in the design of tall storied residences,which influences the sight of a city considerably.Therefore,it is of importance to improve the design level and quality of such buildings.The design characteristics and innovation of the tall storied residences in Xi'an Highway University are summarized in this paper so as to open a new way for the design of this kind of buildings.Meanwhile,the bearing capacity of the rocky soil in the site is also analyzed. |
