| 摘 要： | 安置下岗人员的根本途径在于经济的健康发展，善待下岗职工应该是全社会的共同责任。分析了下岗人员的产生原因，论述了本单位下岗人员安置具体举措；同时探讨了妥善安置下岗人员的相关问题。
