基于子模型法的钢桁桥整体节点动力响应分析

摘    要:以新建铁路铜九线鄱阳湖特大桥钢桁桥段为背景,研究了考虑局部细节特性的焊接整体节点在移动列车荷载作用下的动力响应。在对整体有限元模型进行分析的基础上,应用壳到体子模型法对该桥焊接整体节点进行了瞬态有限元分析,获得了局部细节处的应力时程。对结果的分析表明,箱形下弦杆与节点板连接处、整体节点板几何形状突变处和右斜腹杆与节点板连接处,在满载列车作用下,最大应力幅均超过相关疲劳试验给出的疲劳容许应力幅,可能在使用期间发生疲劳破坏。

Abstract:This paper studies how to develop the multi-scale FE models in which the feature of local details,such as the stress concentration of the welded components,can be considered and to make the simulation of the structural response as well as local stress on hot-spots.After FE analysis for the whole structural model,the stresses of key sections of the welded monolithic joint are analyzed with the submodel method.The results show the effectiveness in submodel method for stress analysis of welded monolithic joint...
