| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国北方岩溶区地下水利用方面存在的问题，并在分析我国建设项目水资源论证制度的形成过程基础上，综述了国外关于地下岩溶水的研究进展和国内关于我国北方岩溶区地下水资源论证内容的研究进展，并对目前存在的地下水资源论证工作等级与取退水对周边影响分析等级的划分不协调、在取用水合理性论证方面，节水措施不具体等方面的问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The problems of utilization of groundwater in Karst area of northern China was expounded.Based on analysis of the formation of water resources assessment system for construction projects,international research advancement on the Karst water and research advancement on the groundwater resources assessment for construction projects in Karst area of northern china were introduced,and the problems were analyzed. |
