论大湘西餐饮旅游资源的开发

摘    要:探讨餐饮旅游资源的概念和特征,对大湘西餐饮旅游资源进行了分析.认为大湘西拥有种类丰富、数量较多、品位较高的餐饮旅游资源,具有很大的旅游开发利用价值,但至今未能有效地转化为餐饮旅游产品.建议大湘西餐饮旅游资源的合理开发采取以下对策:推进餐饮旅游资源开发要素的优化配置;树立餐饮旅游产品开发的特色意识;延伸餐饮旅游产业链以及坚持大众化的主流方向等.

Abstract:SWOT analysis is made on the development of the catering tourism resources in Greater West Hunan.Some propositions are put forward: optimizing the distribution of the development factors of catering tourism resources;establishing consciousness of characteristic catering;accelerating the unification of catering tourism market;reinforcing propaganda and spreading;ensuring that the local people to participate in the development and management of catering tourism resources;training more excellent cooks;extending the tourism industry chain and attaining the mutual development of tourism and catering;and insisting on the development direction of popularization.
