Southeastern China covers an extensive area from the lower reaches of the Yangtze River to the southeast coast of China mainland.One of its main geological features is the extensive Jura-Cretaceous (Yanshanian) magmatism and related metallogenesis.Recently,some researchers advocate the mantle plume model as an explanation,but all of their evidences are too ambiguous.
