| Abstract: | The study on the geomagnetic stratigraphy at thc profile of eollan loess directly underlying on the "Gansu Period" peneplain surface at Yandonggou, Lanzhou shows that the termination of this planation surface was not later than 1.7 MaB.P. .The peneplain formation represents actually one of the important eroded stages in the process of the geologic evolution in Lanzhou, even in Longxi Basin. |
