摘    要:从环境地质问题形成机制入手 ,研究矿业开发环境地质链的形成及结构 ,进而探讨矿业开发环境地质链时空特征以及环境地质链的控制思想和原则。最后以平顶山矿区矿业开发环境地质链控制为实例 ,阐述矿业开发环境地质链的控制方法和模型 ,在一定程度上为今后利用环境地质链控制的新方法和新思想解决矿山环境地质问题、实现矿业开发的可持续发展提供了理论和实践依据。

Abstract:With the continuation of mine exploitation worldwide, a series of environment geology problems have been produced, such as dent of diggings surface, and pollution in bed mineral deposits unwatering. The environment geology problem caused by mine exploitation has double effects. On one hand it can beautify geology environment and produces wealth for human,on the other hand it can deteriorate geological environment and causes disaster to human. Therefore ,there is a conflict between mine exploitation and mine industry city development. This conflict is controlled by environment chain, which constitutes another chain called environment geology chain produced by mine exploitation.This paper starts with the formation mode of environment geology problem,studies the structure and forming of environment geology chain due to mine exploitation, discusses the spatio temporal character and the thought on which control based and the principle of environment geology chain. At last the paper expatiates on the methods used for control and models of environment geology chain due to mine exploitation and provides theoretic and practical base to a certain extent.
