贵州喀斯特山区墓地利用管理初探--以毕节亮岩峰丛山地为例

通过对贵州亮岩峰丛山地的墓地进行调查和初步研究, 结果显示墓地在一定坡度上的特定地段有集中趋势,而喀斯特地区土体厚度则是影响墓地分布的重要因素之一.绝大多数墓地集中分布在日照较好、排水畅通、土体较厚的阳坡山麓地带,以占用质量较优的耕地为主.因此,在墓地利用管理实践中, 实施统一规划、集中管理,建立有偿使用制度、严格用地指标,加强墓地绿化,实施墓地园林化建设等措施,以期多元化开发利用墓地,有效保护耕地资源.

ON THE UTILIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE GRAVEYARDS IN GUIZHOU KARST MOUNTAIN AREA-A Case Study of Karst Fengcong Mountain in Liangyan,Guizhou Province

Preliminary study on the graveyards in karst Fengcong mountain areas in Liangyan, Guizhou shows that: (1)the graveyards have the tendency of distinctly concentration towards certain district of the slope; (2)the thickness of soil is one of important factor influencing the distribution of the graveyards in the karst areas; (3)most of the graveyards lie in the hill foot on the sunny slope with high quality farming field where the sunshine is abundant, discharge condition is better and the soil is relatively thick. In order to realize the diversified exploitation and utilization of the graveyards and efficiently preserve farmland resources, this paper puts forward a series of suggestive measures for planning and arranging the graveyards, establishing a system of repayable use of the graveyards, and limiting the acreage occupied by the graveyards as well as afforesting and gardening the graveyards.
