摘    要:燃气管网及附属设施的统计分析,离不开行政区界数据,目前市区级的行政区界可通过网络地图获取,但街道级的行政区界数据大多数的网络地图并不提供。由于城市的快速发展,行政区范围在不断调整变化中,如果能获取时效性较高的街道级行政区界,会给燃气行业的科学管理带来较大的帮助。结合我公司现有纸质规划图,通过图像增强、去噪及图像分类技术提取市区及街道级行政区界数据,建立街道级燃气管网及附属设施的GIS数据库,运用克里金插值研究燃气低压管网的分布,探索GIS在燃气管网预测性分析方面的应用,为构建智慧燃气信息管理体系,提供了一种较好的解决方案。

Abstract:The statistical analysis of the gas pipeline network and auxiliary facilities depends on the administrative district boundary data.Though the administrative district boundary at city-level can be obtained through the Internet map,the street-level vector map updated timely is still lack in serving for the scientific management of the gas industry,especially at the region with frequent changes induced by various urban developments at the local area.Using the hard copy of technical or engineering drawings we have,we extracted urban and street administrative district boundaries through image enhancement,de-noising and image classification techniques,to serve for the establishment and prompt-updates of the street-level GIS-based gas pipeline networks and ancillary facilities.We use kriging interpolation to study the spatial feature of the low-pressure gas pipeline networks at the street level.The results show its potential in predictive analysis of the gas pipeline networks with a more effective solution in building the smart gas information managementsystem.
