认识高原,做好高原劳动保护

本文以高海拔缺氧为主要环境特征对人体的影响进行了分析和探讨,同时提出适应高原的主要措施和对策。理论和实际体察充分证明,久居高原的大部分人在神经、体液机制调节下,各系统器官能逐步建立一套适应机制,达到新的动态平衡。高原低氧环境是可以适应的,特别是在海拔3000m左右,对劳动能力的影响不大,从劳动卫生的意义上讲是安全的。

UNDERSTAND THE PLATEAU AND GIVE MOER EFFORTS TO LABOUR SAFETY

Based on an analysis of influence of plateau environment on human body, espi-cially that of high elevation and low oxygen, some principle countermeasures to adapt theplateau have been put forward. It is fully proved by theory and exprience that most peoplewho live in plateau for a long time can gradually establish a set of adaptable mechanism andcome up to a new dynamic equilibrium by the adjustment of nerve, body fluid and physiologi-cal mechanism. So, they can adapt the environment of lacking oxygen in plateau, espicially inthe regions with an elevation of ahout 3000m, where labour capacity of people can bring intonormally play and the environment is safe in view of labour hygiene.
