日本对虾人工育苗试验

摘    要:本文报导了以海捕日本对虾进行人工越冬,然后切除雌虾单侧眼柄,投喂优质饵料,控制适当的生态条件,通过精心的管理,促进日本对虾性腺成熟并培育出虾苗的试验过程。日本对虾越冬成活率为93.3%,性腺促熟率为86.6%,交配率为75.9%。眼柄切除后12天即进入产卵高峰,出苗量为9.6万尾/m~3,无节幼体到仔虾成活率为69.0%,育出日本对虾苗量145.5万尾。

Abstract:In this paper, unilateral eyestalk ablation was practiced on overwintering females of wild Penaeus japonicus Bate to induce maturation under favourable conditions of ecology, feed and management. Females were successfully matured and larvae were cultured. Survival rate of P. japonicus in overwintering was 93.3%, with a maturing rate of 86.6% and a mating rate of 75.9%. The peak of spawning was observed on the twelfth day after eyestalk removed. The harvesting density of postlarvae was 96,000 postlarvae / m3and survival from nauplius to 7- day-old postlarvae was 69.0%. Totally, 1,455,000 7-day-old postlarvae of P. japonicus were harvested.
