非洲旅游保障体系规划研究

旅游保障体系是一个宽泛的概念,它是指一系列旨在保障旅游开发顺利进行,推动旅游业健康、稳定和可持续发展的相关政策和措施所组成的系统。该系统对旅游开发具有扶持、协调、监督和保障的作用。综观非洲近50年来旅游业的发展态势,虽然其整体发展速度明显高于全球平均水平,但其发展过程并不平坦,甚至历尽坎坷,其原因在很大程度上取决于旅游保障体系的条件及完备程度。针对非洲旅游业发展的现状,着重就政策、人力资源、生态环境、体制机制、安全、基础设施与服务等保障体系进行了广泛而深入的研究,旨在快速提高非洲旅游的美誉度和影响力,吸引更多的国际客源,使旅游真正成为非洲各国社会经济发展新的增长点。

Research on the Planning of Africa Tourism Security System

Tourism security system is a general concept, which refers a system of policies and measures to promote the healthy stable and sustainable development of tourism. It helps to support, coordinate, supervise and guarantee tourism planning. An overview of the developing momentum of African tourism in the recent 50 years shows us that despite a higher speed of the overall development of African tourism, its development was uneven with twists and turns, the major reason of which lies in the condition and completeness of the tourism security system. Basing on the current situation of Africa tourism industry, a range of extensive studies are carried out on policy, infrastructure, human resources, ecological environment, institutional mechanisms and security system services. Theses studies aim to enhance the reputation and influence of Africa tourism industry, so to draw more international tourists and make the tourist trade a new growth point in national economic development.
