| 摘 要： | 海权问题现已成为中国国际关系学界的一个热门话题。随着全球化进程的加速,在中国未来的发展过程中,如何建设海权已经成为一个重要的战略问题。本文将从国家利益和大战略的角度集中对三个问题进行思考:什么是海权?中国需要什么样的海权?中国将如何运用海权?本文从海权的角度对中国未来的发展进行一些研究与探讨,从而提出中国海权的发展模式与使用原则。

| Abstract: | In recent years, hottest topics in China＇ s the sea power issues international relations have become one of the academia. It has become strategically important for China to develop its own sea power in the era of the globalization. This article would focus on three questions from the perspective of national interests and grand strategy. What is sea power？ What kind of sea power does China need？ How China will use its sea power？ After discussing the development of China＇s sea power according to the sea power theory, this article would provide some suggestions on the development mode of China＇s sea power and the use of principles. |
