| Abstract: | Introduced in this paper are principles and methods of observing earthquakes by way of electromagnetic waves. Some abnormal features of electromagnetic waves before earthquakes are induced. Several typical abnormalities of electomag-netic waves before earthquakes in recent years are analyzed. The natural laws of abnormalities are also discussed. |
