摘    要:本文基于将排放源强独立于对流扩散方程及其定解条件的思路,首先提出与排放源强无关的基函数的概念及其定解问题,进而导出水质浓度场与各排放口源强和与各排放口有关的基函数间的多元函数关系。从而建立一种只需数值求解基函数就可以方便地计算各种排放源强条件下水质浓度场的新方法。经理论推导和验证计算表明该方法是合理的、高效率的。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the thought that the source intensity of pollutant matter discharged is independent of the diffusion equation and its definite condition, the concept of base function which is independent of the source intensity and the definite problem are presented, and a functional relation between pollutant concentration field with the source intensities and the base function for all outfalls is deduced. Thus, a new numerical method is given, by which pollutant concentration fields for all drainiage schemes can be computed by linear algebra function as long as the base functions are known. Theoretic deduction and calculation state that the method is reasonable and efficient.
