| 摘 要： | 地理信息系统的应用领域日趋广泛和深入。本文讨论了GIS在城市规划编制工作中的2个应用，即街区建筑技术经济指标的统计分析和城市适宜建设用地数量和空间分布的分析。街区建筑技术经济指标的统计分析能够为确定街区改造方式、改造次序等提供可靠的、数量化的依据，城市适宜建设用地数量和空间分布的分析则可以为确定城市合理的发展规模和城市空间布局提供有力的依据。

| Abstract: | Geographic InformationSystems (GIS) have been more and more widely used in many fields. Firstly the development of applications of GIS in urban and regional planning was briefly reviewed in this article. Then two applications of GIS in urban and regional planning, i.e., statistics and analysis of technical and economic indexes of block buildings and spatial distributions of developable land using GIS, were discussed. Block buildking index analysis can provide a reliable and quantitative foundation for reforming ways and sequeuce. |
