| 摘 要： | 图们江地区的多国合作开发已进入新阶段，本文论述了在图们江地区多国合作开发过程中，所要进行的若干基础设施建设工程，以及在未来１５年中，在城市建设、产业结构升级等方面的若干构想，指出要实现图们江地区多国合作开发这一重大的跨世纪工程，应积极进行多国之间的利益协调。

| Abstract: | The research and practice on the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and the development in TREDA are being in a new stage. The authors expoud several infrastructure projects and work out some conceptions on city system and industrial structure during the development in TREDA in the near 15 years, Point out that the coordination of multi-national intersests must be taken into account actively so as to realize the important porject to go beyond the century. |
