摘    要:摘 要 目前国内外在 CSR 钻探施工中一般都使用水桶接样‚不仅费用高、劳动强度大‚而且严重影响钻探效率和取样质量‚与 CSR 钻探方法的高效率极不相配。为了解决含水样品的处理这一难题‚通过对多种液 固分离设备的对比分析和相应的理论计算‚确定了以离心过滤方式分离 CSR 钻探施工中产生的含水样品。采用全液压驱动、两组4个转鼓形式‚可满足孔径140mm 以下、钻速20m/h 以下、孔内涌水量小于35m 3 /h 情况下连续钻进的需要。

Abstract:At present, the bucket is generally used to take samples in CSR drilling both nationally and internationally, resulting in not only high cost and intense labour, but also severe impact on drilling efficiency and geological sampling effect. It is very incompatible with high efficiency of the CSR drilling method. In order to overcome the difficulty of water containing sample process, it is decided to choose the centrifugal screening method for rapid separation of large volume of water containing samples generated in CSR drilling. By comparison and analysis of many kinds of liquid/solid separation equipments widely used both at home and abroad, and with identical theoretical calculations, a design of four hydraulic driven drums grouped in two sets is determined. It can meet the demand of continuous drilling under the conditions: borehole diameter less than 140mm, drilling efficiency below 20m/h and water inflow rate in the borehole less than 35m 3/h。
