水库防洪实时调度决策模糊推理神经网络模型及其应用

摘    要:水库防洪实时调度决策方法是研究水库调度问题的主要内容。针对传统方法研究不系统、不全面、不能综合利用面临时刻所有信息、不具有学习功能等缺点,提出了水库防洪实时调度决策模糊推理神经网络模型,它在一定程度上较好地解决了这个问题。用大伙房水库75704次、85804次洪水调度作为计算实例,取得了比较理想的效果。

Abstract:Reservoir real-time operation decision is main problem related with flood forecasting operation for reservoirs system.Fuzzy inference neural network model for real-time operation decision in reservoir flood control is presented according to the traditional method difficult to be system,efficient,self study and adequate.The advantages of this model are more adaptable to the real problem.The model is demonstrated by application to Dahuofang Reservoir.
