| Abstract: | With the implementation of the develop_the_middle strategy, all the provinces in the central part of the country are seeking for development. Through a comparision of the other provinces in the regional, and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Henan province and its target in the process, the article proposes some suggestions and policies fostering the faster development of Henan province. |
