城市建设用地增长研究进展与展望

针对目前城市建设用地快速增长现象、耕地流失及城市建设用地保障不足的用地现实，本文对国内外城市建设用地增长研究的主要进展进行了分析总结，以期为深化中国城市建设用地增长研究、解决现实用地矛盾、正确引导城市建设用地发展、践行健康城市化之路提供参考。当前，国内外学者已在城市建设用地增长的时空过程与特征、影响因素与动力机制、模拟预测方面进行了多尺度、多地域的综合性与典型性研究，探讨了城市建设用地增长对耕地的占用，并提出了一些致力于城市用地增长调控的对策与方法。采用的定量分析方法主要包括数理统计法、RS／GIS技术、灰色系统分析法、MAS／CA模型等。研究成果对于深入认识和调控城市建设用地增长起到了重要作用。基于中国基本国情及当前面临的土地利用问题，未来的建设用地变化研究应逐步向城市与乡村相结合领域转型，研究方法将由一维逐渐向二维、三维甚至多维拓展，并据此为国家制定和完善土地管控政策提供科学依据；此外，未来应强化城市土地集约利用和增长边界控制，以有效控制城市建设用地的低效、过速扩张。实现精明增长。
