天津城市内部人口迁居特征及机制分析

在对天津市民问卷调查等第一手资料进行详细分析的基础上,总结出天津城市内部人口迁居的迁移性、迁移方向性、迁移距离和迁移空间类型等特征,初步分析了迁居机制及其变化,提出天津城市居住空间结构调整的相关建议。

On characteastics and mechanism of intra-urban residents' migration in Tianjin city, China

To discover the characteristics and mechanism of inter-urban residents' migration in China, the authors make a city-wide survey based upon questionnaire for the themein Tianjin city in 1997. Five residential communities, which represent historical residentialarea, build-up area, blue-collar residential area, managers' residential area and new typeresidential area respectively, are selected as spatial studying cases. The characteristics ofmigration are concluded as the following. (1) The core families consist of three and four members with two generations boastthe principal part of the migration. (2) The total migrating mobility is correspondinglylow. (3) The residents in historical residential area are mainly from urban periphery, andthe latter is the recipient of the scattering residents from the former. (4) Most of the residents prefer to the close distance migration, and the distance decay is applied into the totalmigration in Tianjin city. (5) Intra-urban migration between new and historical area coexists, but the intensity of emigration to suburban area tends to be more distinct. (6) Thecontact between multi-migrations in orientation is not much tight, and there is no migration chain in urban spatial sector, which is a distinct in the cities in western countrie
