基于双相机的动态测量技术研究

摘    要:针对振动条件下工件变形检测问题,介绍了一种利用固定基线双相机进行动态测量的方法,对其中涉及的关键技术进行了研究。利用10参数相机畸变模型补偿系统误差,其精度优于0.03像素。采用人工标志点作为测量点,利用数字图像处理技术提取像点坐标,并利用核线约束条件实现其自动匹配。通过空间前方交会计算测量点坐标,静态下重复测量精度优于0.06mm。实验证明,该方法能有效满足工业制造中的工件变形动态测量要求。

Abstract:Aiming at deformation detection of work pieces in vibration, a dynamic measurement technique based on two cameras with fixed baseline is presented. Meanwhile, some key techniques involved are researched. The systematic error is compensated by 10-parameter camera distortion model, and its precision is higher than 0.02 pixels. Artificial target points are used as measured points. Their coordinates on images are calculated by digital image processing technique, and they are auto matched with epipolar line restriction. Coordinates of measured points are gained by space forward intersection with static repeat accuracy within 0.06mm. Some experiments have validated that the technique can satisfy the request of work pieces deformation dynamic measurement in industrial manufacture.
