Evolution of Thoughts from Historical Facts--Comments on "the Poems of Wang Yuyang and Kangxi"

Nowadays, the study of epics has been remained a great interest in the academic circles. What makes difference from the previous study is that the process of literary history has been more emphasized. That is to say, the academic direction by evolution of thoughts from historical facts has been established, revealing the compatibility of facts and theory, by means of taking the time sequence, exploring literary events and contexts, mastering the changing process of epics and finding out the inner features of literary development. "The Poems of Wang Yuyang and Kangxi" by Jiang Yin, based on the deep exploration, is carried out in the historical contexts, the methods and results of which are worthy of attention in the aspect of theoretic principles in the epic study.
