| 摘 要： | 通过对人才测评在企业中的基本应用,综合运用人力资源的人才测评相关理论知识对企业人力资源开发方面进行了研究和探讨,提出了相关的人才测评方法及常用测评量表,对现今人才测评存在的不足及改进建议等方面做出了较全面的阐述,希望为企业人力资源的开发与发展提供值得借鉴的理论依据.
