Abstract: | Measurements of absorption properties of some gases in the atmosphere were made by using CO line-tunable laser. Experimental equipment and method are briefly described. Absorption coefficients of NO, NO2, NH3, CO2 and H2O at some definite laser wavelengths are given, and variations of absorption properties with both partial and total pressures are discussed. |
