政府信息公开申请中涉及征地问题的分析与对策

随着我国工业化、城镇化进程的加快,对建设用地的需求逐年增多,导致越来越多土地征收中的利益冲突,不仅给土地管理带来诸多问题,更是关系到社会和谐稳定大局。本文针对政府信息公开申请中涉及征地问题的数量比重逐年增多的现状,对我国目前现行的征地制度进行分析研究,提出建议对策。

With speeding up industrialization and urbanization in China, the demand land for construction use has ~ , resulting in an interest conflict in more and more land expropriation. This situation not only land management, but also affects social harmony and stability.
